Our Commitment
The staff at Chez Renee is committed to providing you with an enjoyable and easy online shopping experience.  Each and every product for sale has been specifically chosen after we have first held one, installed it, hung it, decorated it and simply loved it.

Since many of our products are hand-made by artisans using traditional methods and materials, variation in size, shape and color will occur. Wrought iron and other metal products will rust over time.  This natural process may be slowed by periodically applying a protective coat.

There are times, as with any online business, when products are backordered. We will notify you by email shortly after your transaction is completed if there is any reason why shipping on your order might be delayed.  We can give you an expected arrival date and an estimate on when it could be shipped to you, or we can issue a refund.  We're happy to separate your order to immediately ship in-stock items, as well.  We aim to please.   

Shipping
Chez Renee ships within the continental US and Canada via United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx based on location and weight of the items you have purchased.   

As of July 1, 2011 we are offering $5 shipping on most orders.  (Exclusion: Products designated "Request in-stock availability & ship date.")  

We're small.  Order processing time varies from 2-5 business days.  If you need immediate assistance, please contact us.

Returns
Should an item not meet your expectations, we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase less shipping.  Items must be returned in the condition they were received, at the customer’s expense. 

Payment
We accept Google Wallet or PayPal.   If you require an invoice to mail a company check, please email your request to: hello@chezreneeshop.com.
